Job Title: Kinaxis Planning Solution

Minimum Qualifications:

• Kinaxis Certifications (Preferred):

• Contributor Level 1 : Understanding of Kinaxis RapidResponse (RR) functionality.

• Author Level 1 & 2 : Strong expertise in authoring workbooks, worksheets, and advanced configurations.

• Admin Level 1 : Familiarity with key administrative processes.

• Integration Level 1 : Experience with data modeling and integrations.

• Analytics Level 1 : Ability to set up control tables and advanced analytics.

• Kinaxis MEIO Implementation Expertise (Mandatory).

• Kinaxis S&OP, Demand Planning, and Aggregate Supply Planning Badges (Preferred).

• Project Implementation Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 full Kinaxis project implementations , focusing on supply, demand, and inventory optimization.

• 3+ years of experience in a techno-functional role , with strong expertise in supply chain planning processes .

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture & Design: Lead the architecture and design of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions with a specific focus on Planning

• MEIO Configuration & Optimization: Configure and optimize Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization within Kinaxis to drive supply chain efficiency.

• Integration & Data Modeling: Design and implement data integration strategies between Kinaxis and other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).

• Business Collaboration & Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into actionable Kinaxis solutions.

• User Enablement & Training: Provide technical and functional guidance to business users, ensuring successful adoption of Kinaxis solutions.

• Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Assess system performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive process enhancements using Kinaxis analytics.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain planning and execution .

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Deep expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse , particularly in Planning

• Strong background in supply chain planning (demand planning, inventory optimization, and capacity planning).

• Proven experience in designing and implementing Kinaxis Planning Solutions at an enterprise level .

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements through data-driven decision-making .

• Strong technical skills in Kinaxis configuration, data modeling, and integrations.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with business and technical teams.
