Description:

The Site Manager will be accountable for setting up an onsite office/trailer at a client site in Louisiana. Sites are in Cameron, LA, and Plaquemines, LA. Responsibilities include oversight and coordination of existing work and development of new opportunities. The Site Manager will be responsible for fostering and expanding all service lines for the company (engineering, automation, fabrication, construction). The office will include core personnel to support local efforts, with most work/execution occurring from the main offices.

This position reports to the Business Line Vice President/Manager.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide leadership and customer relations for Audubon.
  • Oversee on-site execution and management of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities.
  • Advocate for expansion of services in areas such as Engineering, Fabrication, Construction, Automation, etc.
  • Coordinate with office project managers and engineering teams to resolve site-specific issues.
  • Facilitate regular project status updates and meetings with clients.
  • Develop project scopes for proposals.
  • Manage, develop, and recruit additional area execution team members.
  • Be onsite at the area office at least 4 days a week.
  • Address and resolve project issues with clients.
  • Develop and meet revenue and financial goals for the assigned area.
  • Accurately forecast revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates, and utilization across the area.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferred: BS in Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of industry-related experience on multi-discipline projects.
  • Effective communication with customers to identify needs and evaluate solutions.
  • Continuously seek ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen relationships.
  • Maintain lasting customer relationships.
  • Ensure teams deliver superior solutions.
  • Provide senior-level resolution to customer issues.
