APTIM is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead and support high-impact disaster recovery and infrastructure resilience programs. This role will directly support active and emerging FEMA- and DOT-funded programs across multiple regions. The Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) will lead strategic planning, compliance oversight, and cross-functional coordination across a complex portfolio. This individual will serve as a key liaison with clients and agency partners, manage grant performance and reporting, oversee closeout processes, and contribute to business development efforts. The Senior Project Manager will also guide internal teams and mentor junior staff to ensure efficient, high-quality project delivery. This individual will also serve as a Subject Matter Expert in grant-related management and administration.
