Hours & Pay Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour Employment Type: Long-term temporary opportunity Work Environment: Remote

What You'll Do Each Day:

  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls in a call center environment
  • Support clients and financial advisors with retirement plan inquiries
  • Protect confidential client data by following strict audit and compliance procedures
  • Respond to inquiries via phone and written correspondence within 24 hours
  • Document all client communication in appropriate systems
  • Manage deadlines and resolve outbound call tasks within department guidelines
  • Educate clients on document compliance processes and procedures
  • Review discrepancies, propose resolutions, and escalate when necessary
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and provide pre-sale support as needed
  • Continue developing industry knowledge through training and resources

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience (account management experience a plus)
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor's in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Data Entry, and Ten Key (assessment required)
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be reliable, team-oriented, and committed to accuracy and confidentiality
